The #1 Secret For Getting the Perfect Body

Every fitness article and new piece of equipment promises quick, easy lasting results if you use their product.  What they never tell you is that there is far more to getting the perfect body than doing 5 minutes of sit-ups or cutting out a bit of junk food.  Everywhere we look nowadays there is a different "perfect" workout plan to achieve our goals.  In fact, there are so many different ideas floating around out there that they often contradict one another, leaving us confused as to which one is the best.  So how can there be just one idea, one secret that helps it all make sense?  Well, there is one thing that is rarely if ever written about when it comes to fitness and nutrition.

The progress must be enjoyable, not just the outcome.  The secret is to teach yourself to love what your are doing, not just the end result.  In the beginning your number one goal shout not be to kill yourself for immediate results, but rather to teach yourself to enjoy what you are doing so that you want to continue and not have to continue day after day.

How much does your mental state have to do with losing weight or getting ripped, or looking good naked?  Everything.  That is why it is so astonishing that it is never written about. There is a science behind this called neuropathic conditioning.  If you learn to link pleasure to your daily exercise routine, you begin to create new neuro pathways within the brain.  The more you work out and keep it pleasurable, the stronger and larger the neuro pathways become.  This causes the release of more hormones, allowing for faster, lasting results and a general feeling of well being.  Conversely, if you link pain and distaste to working out, you begin to create neuro pathways in your brain based on those feelings, making it almost impossible to continue on to your goal.  You literally teach your body to rebel against your workout or rebel against losing weight.  It is a science of programming the body.  The better you program it, the easier it becomes to enjoy what you have started.

It may seem like it's easy to say you will enjoy your workouts, but hard to actually follow through on right?  Wrong.  You must learn to use your imagination! Whatever you need to do to enjoy moving, do it.  Be creative, find a workout routine that changes constantly.    Do whatever it takes. Change where you workout, change what you do each day, change the time of day you work out. Pick out what makes you happy and work at it until you become bored, then move on to something new.  What do you love to do?  Remember to remind yourself over and over just how good you feel after a great workout.  Take 5 minutes and tell yourself over and over how amazing you feel.  You can literally learn to train your body to become happier and happier every single time you work out.  Just put a little effort into it and the results will last the rest of your life.  The science of neuropathic conditioning is by far the most powerful fitness tool that you can use.

I designed a complete workout system with this in mind and I encourage you to learn more about it. Please, visit www.dynamicsofmotion.com to learn more.
